Sarah Lochner
FOUNDER & TREASURER | Sarah holds a Masters in Political Science and worked in various levels of government from 2004-2021. In 2021, she took a half step out of government to run a state association that serves Oregon's county-based public health agencies. In this capacity, she advocates for public health policy and funding in the Oregon State Legislature and within the Oregon Executive Branch. She believes strongly that government should make people's lives better and be accountable, transparent, and good stewards of taxpayer dollars. She founded The Public Health PAC to amplify the voices of public health advocates and elevate issues that are rarely prioritized, recognizing that if you want things to change, you need to change the things you do first to get a different outcome.
